Assessment Report On Health Issues With Patients And Or...

The purpose of this paper is to provide an assessment report in relation to the various assessment tools, interviews, conclusions, diagnosis, and treatment plans that are specifically relevant for a high school senior. The paper will further examine the utilization of these assessment tools and results for the purpose of appropriate diagnosis and treatment. It will also emphasize the selection, interpretation, and communication of psychological test results and highlights the basic principles of the formal assessments taken. Furthermore, the assessment of such tools will include validity and reliability of the instrument utilized in that particular assessment, and make recommendations based on the findings of this client and how it correlates with the reason and purpose of her visit. Final Assessment Report Project Behavioral health issues with both patients and or clients provide opportunities for counselors, clinicians, and other mental health providers to obtain essential information about symptoms and complaints in order to diagnosis and tea clients or patients.
